Exciting opportunities are available for enthusiastic individuals passionate about supporting students in their academic journey. Four paraprofessional positions are open at a vibrant middle school setting, with roles including both one-on-one and classroom assistance. This contract role runs the full 2026-2027 school year, working 32.5 hours each week, from early September to mid-June, with typical hours from 7:10 am to 2:10 pm (plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a school setting as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive role
- High school diploma (proof required; no additional certifications or higher education necessary)
- Ability to provide three professional references upfront, including one from your most recent manager
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork
- Reliability and commitment to the full school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individual and small group support to students as assigned
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment alongside teachers and other staff
- Assist with classroom activities, student engagement, and daily routines
- Provide encouragement and motivation, adapting approaches as needed for student success
- Maintain open and professional communication with colleagues and supervisors
